The White Glove Mover are not qualified insurance agents. As at 11 March 2004, companies that previously could sell or otherwise provide or advise on insurance and related matters (to or for their customers), are no longer allowed to, unless legally authorised, legislated or registered to do so.
The White Glove Mover have always guaranteed the services it provides and the staff employed to carry out these services. Futhermore, Interstate and Storage insurances can be arranged by our independent brokers, at highly competitive rates. The rates provided to our customers, reflects our insurers confidence in the management of our staff and the services we provide.
The White Glove Mover has been a client of PSC Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd (Registered General Insurance Brokers) for approximately thirty years. During this time The White Glove Mover has kept a current Defined Accidental Loss & Damage Carriers Liability Insurance Policy to cover the responsibility for loss or damage to household property owned by The White Glove Mover clients, for whom they have contracted to move within Australia.
The cover will provide protection for customer claims of physical loss and damage made to The Whote Glove Mover within 48 hours of the completion of the move and for which they accept responsibility. Policy and movement terms and conditions apply in all circumstances such as, but not limited to:
